We work with companies across the glo in architecture, engineering and construction. That means architectural firms, engineering practices and building companies that need drafting or design capacity but do not want to recruit, screen and facilitate that capacity themselves. We build to the Dutch standards, including Revit detailing at a Dutch level.
You start with a short intake where we map your objectives, your current workload and the type of work you need. From there you can try a 20-hour Discovery Pack to get acquainted, or move straight to a standard engagement of 40 hours or more. We handle the rest: selection, workplace, software and onboarding.
Our core is architecture and engineering: architectural draughtspeople, Revit specialists, architects and engineers. Every candidate is checked on portfolio, tested on technical assignments and Revit detailing at a Dutch level, and assessed on communication and reliability before we present them to you.
Architecture and engineering is our main specialisation. If you want to scale more broadly, we can also put together multidisciplinary teams, for example IT, web development or visual work, on request as a custom extension within a subscription.
Both. We offer three models. Crew Recruitment gives you one dedicated professional for a structural role. Crew Subscription gives you a set number of hours per month. Crew Rental lets you hire capacity per week, month, quarter or year for a specific project or peak. The longer you commit, the lower your hourly rate.
Yes. With a subscription you choose a monthly hours bundle and buy extra hours when you need them, and unused hours carry over to the following month. If your workload grows, you move up to a larger bundle or add roles. Subscriptions run for a minimum of three months with one month's notice.
Yes. Your professional is employed and paid through us, so you carry none of the HR, payroll or local compliance. This all sits within one clear CCC Operations Fee that also covers the workplace, IT support, security and project structure. You buy capacity and a reliable
